Here at Trident, we manufacturer from basic raw materials so we are in a unique position to supply to a wide range of customers with bespoke requirements.
As we have a broad range of manufacturing capabilities we can create high-quality end products, bringing your ideas into reality.
We can assist with your project from start to finish, providing information on which of our materials would be best suited for your project, or we can simply supply your material requirements.
Tricast is our range of rigid polyurethane (PU) foam sheets with the exception of Tricast 2T which is polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam.
The Tricast range is commonly used as a core material but is highly versatile offering a variety of possible uses. This range can be used as shaping media for models or GRP formers, insulation, floatation and even as a structural part of a composite.
Standard sheet sizes for all materials are 1220mm x 2440mm x thickness to order, maximum and minimum thickness vary by product density. Densities range from 32 kg/m3 to 96 kg/m3 each has a variety of physical properties, one of which could be suitable for your application.
We also offer a wide range of high-quality floral foam shapes and sizes for fresh, dried and artificial flower arrangements for all occasions. Please contact us for further details.
We have a range of standardised Finishing Options available that can cater for all your applications, we can also offer bespoke options at request.
