Tancast

Tancast is our range of polyurethane (PU) foam, Tancast can be easily machined enabling small prototypes to be made and can also be used in the model making industry.

Densities range from 128 kg/m3 to 320 kg/m3 each has a variety of physical properties, one of which could be suitable for your application.

When machining, a fine foam structure is exposed, and dimension tolerances may be measured to ±0.1mm (±0.004 in).
