What payment methods do you accept?

We provide credit accounts on receipt of a completed credit application form. References are required as well as approval from our credit insurers. We also accept cheque/BACS/debit and credit card payments. Credit card payments have an additional small % charge. Pro forma invoices must be paid (and cleared in the case of a cheque) before production commences on items requiring manufacture.

Can Tripor be sprayed?

Tripor systems are not suitable for spraying. Tripor foams up more slowly than a ‘spray system’ therefore if there is opportunity to flow it will do so. For example, if Tripor is sprayed onto a vertical surface it will flow downwards before foaming up. A ‘spray system’ will react very quickly so that if sprayed onto a vertical surface it foams up before having the chance to flow downwards. However, some of the Tripor systems can be dispensed and processed using spray type equipment providing that the viscosity is compatible with the equipment. Please contact us for further information.

What is the shelf life of Tripor?

Tripor has a four-month shelf life. We supply Tripor with a ‘use by’ date on the Component A label as a guide. The ‘use by’ date also applies to Component B received at the same time.

When is Tripor fully reacted and stable?

This is dependant on many factors such as how well it was mixed, ambient temperature and thickness of the mould if applicable, the density and more. Please contact us to discuss your specific application further.
