All Trident in house manufactured materials are manufactured to order therefore lead times can vary dependant on how busy we are, and the volume required. As a guide we aim to turnaround Tripor orders within 7-10 working days and sheet foam orders within 10-14 working days. Please contact us for up-to-date lead times. A wide variety of the Airex and Balsa lines are stocked. Any non-stock lines may be possible to order. Please contact us for further details.
For delivery to the UK most of our palletised orders take 2-3 working days from dispatch. Generally, we can offer next day delivery but there is an additional fee for this. Non palletised orders are dispatched via overnight courier. Currently we dispatch Monday to Thursday only. We also deliver outside of the UK please contact us for further details.
We sell directly to trade and the public apart from the floral foam product range which is trade only.
We provide credit accounts on receipt of a completed credit application form. References are required as well as approval from our credit insurers. We also accept cheque/BACS/debit and credit card payments. Credit card payments have an additional small % charge. Pro forma invoices must be paid (and cleared in the case of a cheque) before production commences on items requiring manufacture.
Tripor systems are not suitable for spraying. Tripor foams up more slowly than a ‘spray system’ therefore if there is opportunity to flow it will do so. For example, if Tripor is sprayed onto a vertical surface it will flow downwards before foaming up. A ‘spray system’ will react very quickly so that if sprayed onto a vertical surface it foams up before having the chance to flow downwards. However, some of the Tripor systems can be dispensed and processed using spray type equipment providing that the viscosity is compatible with the equipment. Please contact us for further information.
Tripor has a four-month shelf life. We supply Tripor with a ‘use by’ date on the Component A label as a guide. The ‘use by’ date also applies to Component B received at the same time.
This is dependant on many factors such as how well it was mixed, ambient temperature and thickness of the mould if applicable, the density and more. Please contact us to discuss your specific application further.
